Bed and breakfast prices are per room per night and include a full cooked breakfast. Accommodation rates in Edinburgh vary between seasons – you can check availability and prices for your specific dates using our secure online booking form on the right.
Double Room: £70 – £100
Twin Room: £70 – £100
Single Room: £40 – £55
Family Room (up to 3 people): £90 – £130
Family Room (up to 4 people): £100 – £140

CANCELLATION POLICY
We take credit / debit card details for booking confirmation – payment is on departure by whatever means you prefer. Full refund for more than seven days notice. Less than seven days notice will result in a charge for only the first nights accommodation.
If we manage to resell your room you will not be charged for cancelling. If we are unable to resell the room this will result in your credit / debit card being charged for the full length of the stay. We appreciate that there are often unavoidable reasons for a late cancellation but your Travel insurance policy may cover you for this.
